Job Summary

Our firm in Calden is seeking a dedicated Payroll Accountant to manage comprehensive payroll processes. This role involves the independent preparation, execution, and follow-up of payroll calculations for all employee groups, ensuring compliance with current labor, income tax, and social security regulations. You will also handle construction payroll, act as a client contact for payroll and company pension scheme inquiries, manage tax-free benefits, and oversee tax treatments for various employee expenses. The position requires supporting audits, managing reporting and certification processes, and corresponding with authorities. Proficiency in Datev (LODAS) and a strong understanding of relevant legal frameworks are essential.
