Job Summary
Join a dynamic IT team as an IT Network and System Administrator in Wuppertal-Cronenberg. You will be responsible for administering and optimizing server and network systems, ensuring high availability, and acting as a key point of contact for deployed applications. Your daily tasks will include IT support, analyzing and resolving issues, managing mobile devices and cloud environments, and implementing IT security measures. You will also contribute to the development of the IT infrastructure through process automation and configuration. This role offers a full-time, permanent position with a hybrid work arrangement, requiring occasional support at a secondary location.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in Microsoft Windows and Linux based server administration
- Experience with Windows Clients and user management in Active Directory
- Experience with network infrastructure
- Experience with server administration
- Experience with backup management
- Experience with mobile device management
- Experience with IT security
- Experience with software deployment and monitoring (e.g., Baramundi, Intune or comparable)
- Experience with cloud services (e.g., Microsoft Azure or AWS) is an advantage
