Job Summary

We are seeking a communicative Application Engineer for our Berlin facility, specializing in metallizing plastic films for industrial product packaging. In this role, you will act as the crucial link between product development, sales, and customers, translating technical capabilities into practical solutions. You will provide technical support, consultation, and manage customer complaints, ensuring products meet promised performance in real-world applications. A key part of your responsibility will be defining and controlling product quality for customer projects and preparing regulatory declarations (chemical, biological, international), navigating complex regulations and standards. You will also serve as our market expert, identifying emerging trends and customer needs. The ideal candidate possesses a degree or apprenticeship in Packaging Technology, Chemistry, Polymer Technology, or Material Technology, along with initial professional experience and a strong understanding of project management principles. Excellent communication, creative problem-solving, and perseverance are essential.
