Education
PhD, M.Sc., or Dipl. Ing. in Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, Process Engineering, or Materials Science
Experience
- Professional experience in polymer synthesis, functionalization, and characterization
- Experience with spectroscopic and rheological methods
- Experience with X-ray diffraction (XRD, WAXS) is advantageous
- Experience with analytical chemistry is advantageous
- Experience in process engineering and application research
- Experience in managing and leading research projects
- Experience in acquiring and managing third-party funded projects
- Experience in mentoring scientific theses

- Willingness to travel to trade fairs and conferences. Fixed-term contract for 2 years, with the aim of a longer-term employment. Public sector pension scheme. Contribution to Deutschlandticket.
