Job Summary
As a Service Desk Employee, you will be the primary point of contact for resolving complex IT inquiries within the Stadtwerke Erfurt Group, significantly contributing to user satisfaction. Your daily tasks will involve efficient incident resolution following ITIL processes, providing telephone and in-person support, and expertly advising customers and employees. You will independently process and document incidents and error messages, coordinate external service providers, and manage IT requests. Additionally, you will oversee and execute software and hardware rollouts for PCs and notebooks, document IMAC/D requirements, and monitor the overall IT system landscape. This role is ideal for someone passionate about innovative IT solutions, eager to apply their technical expertise in a dynamic team, and committed to continuous professional development.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in Informatics or comparable qualification
Experience
- Practical experience in Windows 11 / Server 2019/2022
- Experience in operational project management
- Experience with ITIL
