The University Hospital Düsseldorf (UKD) is seeking a Data Center Operations Lead to oversee the operation, development, and support of its data centers. This role involves strategic development of the data center infrastructure, team leadership, and ensuring stable operations. You will be responsible for capacity planning, managing IT projects, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring compliance with HSE guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT operations, project management, and experience with key technologies like Microsoft, VMWare/Broadcom, Veeam, and Citrix. Required Skills

Education

Completed scientific university degree (Master/Dipl. Ing.) in Computer Science or comparable field, or completed university of applied sciences degree (Bachelor/Dipl. Ing FH), or completed training as an IT specialist with relevant professional experience or comparable skills and experiences.
