Job Summary
Join Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a leader in clinical diagnostics and part of Danaher, as a Team Leader in Production Operations. You will be responsible for leading a team of approximately 10 production workers, ensuring production quantities and availability of filling systems, and optimizing resources to meet production goals. This role involves driving continuous improvement through the application of Danaher Business System (DBS) tools like PSP, 5S, and 5-Why, focusing on key performance indicators such as Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity. You will also foster a proactive approach to EHS and lead projects and equipment upgrades. This is an on-site, full-time position in Krefeld, Germany, offering the chance to build a world-class manufacturing organization within the life sciences sector.
Required Skills
Education
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree, or Industrial Master’s in chemistry or other technical qualification, or an engineering degree
Experience
- 5+ years of management and team leadership experience
- Several years of experience in manufacturing (GMP desirable) in medical technology, food, or chemical industry
- Experience working with Lean Management and continuous improvement initiatives
- Professional experience in production operations
