Job Summary

Join our Digital Process Transformation team in Nuremberg as a Global Process Owner for Record to Report (R2R). You will define and enforce global R2R process standards, ensuring an integrated end-to-end process from data capture to consolidated reporting, with close ties to upstream processes like O2C and P2P. Your role involves evaluating local requirements, managing international transformation projects (especially ERP template rollouts), and driving continuous process improvement through integration and automation. You will also define KPIs for efficiency and quality, ensure auditable process documentation (e.g., in Celonis), and communicate changes to stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a degree in Business Administration with an Accounting or Finance focus, several years of experience in R2R processes, and a strong understanding of ERP systems and finance process optimization. Excellent English communication skills and willingness to travel occasionally are essential.
