Job Summary

As an Information Manager, you will be responsible for the Data Integration Platform Service, serving as the central technical foundation for company-wide data exchange via API, streaming, messaging, and batch integration. Your day-to-day will involve ensuring the stable, secure, and highly available 24/7 operation of these platforms, closely managing external partners. You will act as the primary point of contact for operations, stability, service quality, costs, and planning, defining and monitoring SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs. This role requires close collaboration with system architects and product owners, coordinating service and operational processes like incident and change management, and driving the stable integration of platform changes. You will establish and improve operational, monitoring, and support processes, ensuring transparency on service status and risks to management and stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a degree in Computer Science or a related field, several years of experience in IT Service Management, preferably with Data Integration Platforms in large organizations, and a strong understanding of operational models and supplier management.
