Job Summary

Our IT and Organization department is expanding and seeking an Ingenious Partner for IT Operations and the coordination of IT Security measures. In this role, you will lead a team of approximately 12 employees, taking full responsibility for services like server infrastructure, network, and communication & collaboration. You will ensure quality and performance through KPI monitoring, SLA adherence, and process optimization. A key part of your role involves developing and implementing the IT security strategy, managing data protection requirements, and coordinating security training and audits. The ideal candidate has experience in IT operations, IT project leadership, and team management, with a structured, independent, and transparent work style. A strong service orientation and problem-solving ability are essential.
