Job Summary
Join a dynamic team to continuously develop and support group-wide SAP SuccessFactors modules, integrated HR systems, and interfaces. You will handle second-level support tickets, address technical and process-related queries, and manage development lifecycles from requirement analysis to quality assurance. This role involves configuring SuccessFactors solutions independently and training key users. The ideal candidate has a vocational or bachelor's degree, approximately two years of HR or IT experience (ideally with SAP SuccessFactors), strong analytical skills, and a structured, solution-oriented approach. Proficiency in German and English is essential for collaborating with internal departments and external partners to successfully implement new requirements.
Required Skills

Experience
- Approximately 2 years of professional experience in HR or IT
