  • Experience in contract management, specifically with HOAI (German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers) and VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures)
  • Experience in developing corrective actions and active risk management
  • Experience in coordinating monitoring of compliant inventory plan returns
  • Experience in processing change orders (Nachträge)
