Job Summary

This role is for a Project Manager responsible for the preparation, planning, and organization of construction projects in the Heating, Sanitary, Ventilation, and Cooling (HLSK) sector. You will be involved in the conceptualization and planning across all service phases of HOAI (LPH 1-9), including creating detailed specifications and price comparisons. The position requires steering projects towards cost, time, and quality targets, while also developing technical alternatives and considering economic aspects. The ideal candidate will have a degree in energy and building technology, building services engineering, or a comparable field, or a trade qualification in HLSK with further training as a master craftsman or technician. At least 3-5 years of experience in independent project planning and execution is essential, along with flexibility for business travel and strong negotiation skills.
