Job Summary
We are seeking a technically skilled professional to manage our Windows or Linux environments. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration and support of these systems, analyzing and resolving technical issues within the IT infrastructure, including networks and servers. You will also assist in planning, implementing, and evolving system and network architectures to ensure a stable and efficient IT environment. Collaboration with 1st Level Support for escalations and support for 3rd Level Support on new technologies are key aspects of this position. The role requires strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems, network infrastructures, and collaboration tools like Office 365 and MS Teams.
