Job Summary

We are seeking a technically adept professional to manage our Windows or Linux environments within a 2nd Level Support capacity. Your day-to-day will involve the administration and support of these operating systems, analyzing and resolving technical issues across the IT infrastructure, including networks and servers. You will collaborate with 1st Level Support for escalations and assist 3rd Level Support with new technology implementations. This role requires a strong understanding of network infrastructures, troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with collaboration tools like Office 365 and MS Teams. The position offers a permanent contract in a growing company with opportunities for continuous learning and working with modern technologies.
