We are seeking a technically adept professional to manage our Windows or Linux environments, focusing on 2nd Level Support. Your daily tasks will involve the administration and support of these operating systems, analyzing and resolving technical issues within the IT infrastructure, including networks and servers. You will also collaborate with 1st and 3rd Level Support teams, contribute to system architecture planning, and assist in documentation and process optimization. The ideal candidate possesses current knowledge of Windows and/or Linux systems, experience with network infrastructures, and proficiency in collaboration tools like Office 365 and MS Teams.
