Job Summary
This role involves performing routine maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of building services systems for clients. You will be responsible for inspecting, measuring, servicing, and de-bugging existing installations, as well as identifying and rectifying faults according to technical regulations and safety standards. The position also includes supporting commissioning and acceptance processes in collaboration with project management and experts. This is a full-time, permanent position with regional assignments in Chemnitz and surrounding areas, offering structured working hours without on-call duties, clear responsibilities, and a modern vehicle fleet.
Required Skills
Education
Vocational training as a Mechanic for Sanitary, Heating, and Climate Technology (m/f/d) OR comparable qualification/extensive professional experience; OR Vocational training as an Electrician for Energy and Building Technology (m/f/d).
Experience
- Completed vocational training as a mechanic for sanitary, heating, and climate technology, or a comparable qualification or extensive professional experience.
- Completed vocational training as an electrician for energy and building technology.
- Professional experience in maintaining and repairing building services systems.
- Experience with measurement, control, and regulation technology is desirable.
- Experience with fire damper and hygiene inspections is desirable.
- Experience as a qualified electrician for specified tasks is desirable.
