Job Summary

accompio GmbH is seeking a full-time Payroll Specialist to manage monthly payroll for German and partially foreign entities, collaborating with a payroll office for current processes. This role involves optimizing and standardizing payroll processes using the DATEV interface within an HRMS, and maintaining employee data. You will be the primary contact for payroll-related inquiries from employees and management, ensuring compliance with legal, tariff, and company regulations. The position offers a hybrid work model, with a preference for Munich or Augsburg locations, and involves active participation in projects for payroll standardization and automation. The ideal candidate will contribute to a strong team environment within a growing IT group focused on digitalization and employee development.

Required Skills

Education

Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally with a focus on HR or payroll administration

Experience

  • Several years of experience in payroll and salary administration
  • Experience with common payroll systems such as DATEV, LODAS, SAP or similar
  • Experience with HRMS systems (ideally HR Works)
  • Professional experience in German tax and social security law
