Job Summary

As an RPA Developer at IBM Consulting, you will transform business and IT processes into automated solutions, enhancing service delivery. You'll collaborate closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and build efficient, scalable automation solutions. This role involves designing and implementing solutions using various RPA tools like Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Powerautomate, and IBM RPA, with expertise in chatbot support, NLP, and OCR. You will also configure and integrate RPA tools with other systems, and as a senior developer, onboard and train new team members. This position offers the opportunity to work within IBM's global network, leveraging robust technology and AI, and contributing to client journeys in hybrid cloud and AI. The role is based in one of IBM's Client Innovation Centers, focusing on deep technical and industry expertise.
