Job Summary

This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing large-format printers, folding and cutting machines, and A3/A4 printers/MFP devices. The Service Technician will work both in-house and on-site at customer locations, providing new device instructions and performing error analysis for software and hardware issues. Key requirements include a technical background in fields like polymechanics, automation, mechatronics, or electronics, with a strong emphasis on customer service and problem-solving. The ideal candidate will be flexible, willing to travel within a 200km radius, and possess excellent German language skills along with basic technical English.
