Job Summary
SPIE Efficient Facilities GmbH is seeking a Building Services Manager (Objektleiter TGA) in Leipzig. In this role, you will have technical and disciplinary leadership over your team, ensuring contractual services are delivered for assigned properties. You will serve as the primary customer contact for all technical building management aspects, managing the team, planning personnel deployment, and overseeing complex technical systems. The ideal candidate possesses a recognized technical education (e.g., electrician, HVAC technician) with several years of experience, preferably with further qualifications as a technician, master craftsman, or engineer in facility management or building services. Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and Planon, along with strong quality/cost awareness and a driver's license, are also required.
Required Skills
Education
Recognized technical vocational training in Germany (e.g., Electrician, Energy Systems Electrician, Energy and Building Technology, Electrical Installer, Industrial Electrician, HVAC Technician). Further qualifications such as Technician, Master Craftsman, Bachelor's degree, or Engineer in Facility Management, Technical Building Equipment, Building Services Engineering, or Electrical Engineering are ideal.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in building services or a related technical field.
- Professional experience in technical building management.
- Leadership experience is required.
- Experience in managing teams and personnel deployment.
- Experience as a central point of contact for customers.
- Experience with complex technical systems.
