Required Skills
Education
Successful completion of further training as a Public Administration Specialist (Verwaltungsfachwirt/in), Social Insurance Specialist (Sozialversicherungsfachwirt/in), Tax Specialist (Steuerfachwirt), or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience; OR successful completion of further training as an IHK Specialist for Human Resources with a focus on payroll and salary accounting (Fachkraft für Personalwesen Schwerpunkt Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung) or Specialist for Payroll Accounting (Fachkraft für Entgeltabrechnung); OR qualification through many years of relevant professional activity in the described task area.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in the described task area (payroll and HR)
- Professional experience in public sector HR
- Professional experience in tax and social security matters
- Experience with payroll software (P&I LOGA is a plus)
