Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious Facility Management Coordinator for the Pharma sector to manage and oversee facility operations within pharmaceutical settings. This role involves coordinating maintenance, upkeep, and cleaning activities while strictly adhering to GMP guidelines and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. You will collaborate with external service providers and suppliers, manage CAFM systems, and organize audits and inspections. The position also includes supporting energy management, optimizing technical systems, and overseeing minor construction or renovation projects. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Facility Management or a related engineering field, several years of experience in technical facility management within the pharmaceutical industry, and a strong understanding of GMP requirements and regulatory standards.
