Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious Project Manager for Electrical Engineering to lead the planning and execution of projects within the electrical engineering domain. This role involves managing all phases of the HOAI (Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers), preparing reports, cost estimates, tenders, and technical documentation, as well as conducting cost controls and coordinating with clients and subcontractors. You will also be responsible for the technical and personnel leadership of a multi-person team, implementing company and HR strategies within your team. The ideal candidate will have a technical degree or equivalent qualification, several years of project planning and implementation experience in electrical/energy engineering, and proven leadership experience. Knowledge of relevant electrical engineering standards, VOB, and HOAI is essential.
