Job Summary

This role involves the structured capture, documentation, and management of requirements for leading technology projects. You will be responsible for revising initial requirement texts according to internal quality criteria, consolidating diverse requirements into a central database, and overseeing specification management, including analysis. The position also requires deriving evidence and document plans, developing processes, checking the relevance of regulations, and taking ownership of project outcomes in requirements management. Collaboration with internal and external partners is key. The ideal candidate will have a technical or business-related degree, professional experience in requirements management or similar fields, strong MS Office skills, and experience in a technical project environment. Familiarity with Jama Connect and basic Python knowledge are advantageous. Excellent German and English communication skills are essential.
