Job Summary

Lead the operational excellence and strategic development of ADAC's ERP and corporate platforms, including SAP and non-SAP systems. This senior role involves ensuring stable, high-performing, and secure operations, managing infrastructure, capacity planning, and overseeing transport management, updates, and upgrades. You will also be responsible for monitoring, incident management, service and provider management, and SAP Identity Lifecycle Management. The position requires influencing and steering projects, ensuring readiness for go-lives, and driving the digital transformation within ADAC's central IT service provider.
