Job Summary

This role involves providing technical consultation to B2B clients on electrotechnical components and applications, such as power resistors, film capacitors, and insulators. You will be responsible for creating, processing, and tracking offers and orders, managing the complete order fulfillment process from inquiry to delivery, and selecting products in collaboration with customers and suppliers. The position also includes performing calculations, determining prices, maintaining customer relationships, and working closely with internal departments like order processing and logistics. The ideal candidate possesses a technical background in electrical engineering and experience in sales support or order processing, with a strong aptitude for customer interaction and a solution-oriented mindset within a technical environment.
