This role involves managing new construction projects, renovations, and maintenance across various sites, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards. You will be responsible for planning, tendering, awarding contracts, and acting as the client representative. Key duties include managing internal and external service providers, liaising with authorities and planning offices, conducting property inspections, overseeing facility management (including energy management), and performing project controlling with regular reporting to the board. The ideal candidate will possess a relevant degree or vocational training with extensive project management experience, strong knowledge of construction regulations (VOB), and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
