Job Summary

We are seeking a Tax Assistant (Steuerfachangestellte/r) to join our dynamic team in Weiden. In this role, you will be a key point of contact for our primarily medium-sized clients, responsible for creating financial and payroll accounting, VAT advance returns, and annual financial statements for various business structures. You will also handle tax returns for businesses and individuals, communicate with tax authorities, review tax assessments, and support tax audits. Leveraging digital accounting tools and your process optimization ideas, you will contribute to future-proofing our services. The ideal candidate has completed vocational training as a Tax Assistant with relevant professional experience, is proficient in accounting, tax return preparation, and annual statement creation, and is comfortable with MS Office and DATEV. A proactive, independent, and client-oriented approach, along with teamwork and a passion for digital transformation in tax consulting, are essential.
