Job Summary

Join a leading drive technology company as an IT Infrastructure Specialist in Augsburg. In this role, you will be responsible for field service, including the installation, configuration, and support of various IT systems like clients, printers, and phone systems. You will analyze and resolve issues, assist users with system and software problems, and provide training. Your duties also include administering mobile device management, managing mobile contracts, and overseeing mobile devices. This position requires a completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable qualification with initial IT experience, strong knowledge of the Microsoft enterprise environment (Microsoft 365, Azure), experience with Microsoft Intune, network technology, and Microsoft Teams telephony.
