Job Summary
This role involves project management for technical building equipment, focusing on energy efficiency, safety, electrical systems, building automation, and general building services. You will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from planning and tendering to construction supervision and billing. The position is within the building construction and real estate management department, acting as a comprehensive real estate service provider for various public facilities. This is a fixed-term position until December 31, 2026, offering a full-time schedule and competitive remuneration. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering, or a comparable professional qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in the project planning and execution of technical building equipment construction measures
- Experience with MSR and GLT systems is advantageous
- Experience with CAD, AVA, and EPLAN planning software is advantageous
