Your day-to-day will involve managing chargebacks and refunds, monitoring fraud trends, and implementing countermeasures across various online stores. You'll also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, support new eCommerce developments, and drive process automation and optimization. This role requires a solid commercial or financial background, several years of experience in eCommerce or Finance, and good knowledge of accounting principles.
