Job Summary

This role involves a dual focus on financial controlling and case management within the Health and Hazard Prevention Department of the Wetteraukreis. You will be responsible for departmental controlling, budget management, and handling legal assignments related to guardianship proceedings. This includes preparing social reports, supporting guardians, managing official guardianships, and organizing placements. On the controlling side, you will develop and enhance controlling foundations, analyze data to support decision-making, and oversee budget planning and reporting. The position requires a relevant university degree, knowledge of municipal budget law, experience in controlling, and familiarity with individuals with mental health conditions or disabilities. Strong communication, conflict resolution, and independent work skills are essential. A driver's license and willingness to use a private car are also required.

Completed relevant studies such as Public Administration (B.A.), Business Administration (B.A.), Dipl.-Verwaltungswirt/in, Dipl.Rechtspfleger/in, Verwaltungsfachwirt/in with business administration further education, or comparable qualification.
