This role involves overseeing daily IT support operations, enhancing the Service Desk, and managing IT assets, contracts, and licenses. You will be responsible for implementing and refining IT service processes, aligning with COBIT and ITIL 4 standards, and ensuring the continuous improvement of service quality and the stable operation of the entire IT environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical understanding of IT support and Microsoft technologies, coupled with significant experience in IT service management and process development.
