Job Summary

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Accountant to manage daily financial operations related to accounts receivable. Your responsibilities will include processing bank statements, actively participating in monthly and annual closings, authorizing and executing payments, and ensuring high-quality master data. You will also handle general ledger postings, manage fleet administration, support tax audits, and develop cash forecasts. This role involves representing the Head of Department for Accounts Receivable. The ideal candidate has a completed vocational training (e.g., Tax Assistant) or comparable commercial qualification, experience with SAP (preferably R/3), strong MS Office skills (especially Excel), and good English proficiency. A structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach is essential. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a friendly work environment and competitive salary.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training, e.g., as a Tax Assistant, or a comparable commercial qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in accounting, specifically in accounts receivable.
  • Experience with SAP (ideally SAP R/3).
  • Strong experience with MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience in fleet management is a plus.
  • Experience in supporting tax audits.
