Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Building Services Electrician to operate and maintain complex building technology systems, including Building Management Systems (BMS) and fire alarm systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing and resolving technical issues independently, and contributing to the optimization of operational and energy efficiency concepts. You will also be responsible for creating and updating technical documentation, such as complex wiring and circuit diagrams, and conducting high-difficulty maintenance on equipment and machinery. The ideal candidate possesses a completed vocational training as a qualified electrician, relevant professional experience, and basic MS Office skills.
