Job Summary

This role focuses on advancing digital collaboration within an industrial setting, rather than just managing tools. You will develop and implement solutions that directly impact hundreds of colleagues daily, improving processes in manufacturing, engineering, and administration. Key responsibilities include digital process design, identifying automation opportunities, managing and optimizing Microsoft 365 services, integrating IoT/OT systems with IT landscapes, and providing enablement and training. The ideal candidate possesses a degree or equivalent qualification, experience in digitalization or M365 projects, technical understanding of industrial/production environments, and expertise in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform. Strong analytical, communication, and proactive problem-solving skills are essential.
