Job Summary

This role focuses on ensuring the smooth operation of IT services and providing essential support to employees. You will be responsible for first and second-level support, managing IT tickets, and setting up, configuring, and administering IT workstations, hardware, and software within Microsoft Windows and Apple iOS environments. Your daily tasks will include assisting colleagues with technical issues, managing user accounts and permissions, and handling the procurement and inventory of IT assets. You'll also coordinate with external IT service providers, contribute to IT security and performance management, and support network and server administration. Additionally, you will participate in IT projects, document systems, and assist with IT budget tracking. This position is ideal for someone with a strong IT background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for helping users.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., Fachinformatiker for System Integration, IT System Electronics Technician), a degree in Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT support, helpdesk, or IT system administration
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments and mobile devices
  • Experience with network, user, and permission management, and IT security
  • Ideally, experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Admin Center, Exchange Online, and/or Intune
