Job Summary
Join an owner-managed IT consulting firm specializing in SAP HR tools, seeking an IT Specialist to modernize HR processes for international clients. You will advise clients on SAP SuccessFactors, manage projects from planning to completion, analyze requirements, and design solutions for HR digitalization. Responsibilities include implementing and configuring SuccessFactors modules, supporting ongoing operations, and training Key Users in workshops. The ideal candidate has several years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, a relevant degree in IT, Business Informatics, or HR, and a strong understanding of systems and databases. Excellent communication skills in German (C1) and English (B2) are required. Experience
