As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for structuring, leading, and controlling assigned projects within an international family company specializing in integrated facility management, food services, and technical plant construction. Your day-to-day tasks will include preparing offers, maintenance plans, and specifications, handling administrative duties like reporting and invoicing, and developing standard processes. You will also be involved in client acquisition and management, ensuring service delivery, quality control, and budget adherence. The ideal candidate has a technical or craft master qualification (e.g., Electromeister, Engineer, Handwerksmeister), several years of project management experience, strong commercial acumen, and proficiency in MS Office (SAP knowledge is a plus).
