Job Summary
Join a renowned international industrial group as a SATCOM Ground Segment System Engineer in Munich. This role involves defining technical solutions, advancing SATCOM products (especially Ku-band amplifiers), and integrating them into systems. You will support sales with technical specifications, guide customer acceptances, and analyze new SATCOM ground station and system fields. The position also requires market research, concept development, and acting as a key interface between development, project management, and product management. You will plan and coordinate system integration, verification, testing, and commissioning to ensure product maturity. The role offers potential for hybrid work (up to 3 days/week from home) after onboarding.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or Communications Engineering, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in the conception, specification, and development of complex electronic or microwave-based systems
- Professional experience in the conception and specification of SATCOM systems (e.g., Ku Band, Ka Band)
- Professional experience in System Engineering
- Professional experience in RF and Microwave Technology
- Professional experience in Communication Systems
