Technical Manager | Technischer Leiter (m/w/d)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Manager to lead a team of up to 20 employees, overseeing personnel planning, and guiding subcontractors and technical staff. Your responsibilities will include calculating and preparing bids based on tender documents, planning material needs, and performing electrical planning using AutoCAD/Dialux. You will also create detailed circuit diagrams, manage project timelines, and ensure quality and safety on construction sites. The role involves on-site construction supervision, coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, identifying and resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with technical regulations like VDE. You will handle project documentation, final inspections, financial project responsibility, and professional correspondence with clients and authorities. A key aspect is the interface with energy suppliers and grid operators. This position requires a Master Craftsman certificate, extensive VOB knowledge, and proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and CAE, along with a hands-on mentality.
