Job Summary

This role supports the Head of Quality Assurance and Heat Treatment in a well-established metal industry company. You will be responsible for handling customer complaints, coordinating improvement measures, and creating/updating quality documentation such as FMEA and PPAP. Your day-to-day tasks will involve statistical analysis, quality planning, reporting, and preparing sample submissions. You will also identify and help resolve quality issues and communicate with national and international clients. The ideal candidate possesses a technical education (Technician/Master Craftsman or university degree) or relevant professional experience, a strong technical understanding, and foundational knowledge in quality assurance, measurement technology, and materials science. Good English language skills and proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems are also required.
