Job Summary
Join our Corporate Real Estate (CRE) team as a Building Services Engineer and Competence Engineer, taking full responsibility as a Subject Matter Expert for critical technical building infrastructure systems at our Berlin locations. You will ensure the operational readiness and continuous improvement of these systems, overseeing their performance, defining optimal infrastructure, and contributing to global technical design guidelines. Your role involves monitoring systems, validating designs, specifying technical requirements, and ensuring compliance. This position requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline, at least 5 years of experience in industrial manufacturing environments, and strong knowledge of building and energy technology regulations. Excellent German and good English language skills are essential. This is a full-time, permanent role with a leading semiconductor industry innovator.
Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in the field, preferably in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Professional experience in building services engineering
- Experience with system monitoring and improvement
- Experience in defining system infrastructure
- Experience in validating technical designs and project phases
Languages
Additional
- Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under U.S. export regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730 ff.).
