Job Summary

As a Project Manager for Technical Building Equipment, you will lead and plan small to medium-sized refrigeration, air conditioning, and ventilation projects. Your responsibilities include organizing, controlling, and coordinating project execution, managing external service providers, and negotiating with clients and suppliers. You will maintain project documentation, communicate with stakeholders, and participate in site meetings. The ideal candidate has a degree (Bachelor's or Master's) or technician/master craftsman qualification in Technical Building Equipment/Building Services Engineering, coupled with project management experience. Strong knowledge of TGA (Technical Building Equipment) and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, are essential.
