Job Summary

This role involves the operational and economic management of civil engineering projects from preparation through to completion. You will be responsible for the work preparation, coordinating personnel, equipment, and subcontractors, and overseeing quality, costs, and deadlines. The position requires managing ongoing construction measures, processing change orders, and liaising with clients, planners, authorities, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering, or a comparable qualification, with significant practical experience in construction or project management within civil engineering. Key attributes include technical expertise, economic understanding, knowledge of relevant standards and processes, a structured and independent work approach, and strong communication and negotiation skills.
