Job Summary

Join WISAG Elektrotechnik, a leader in industrial energy supply, as a Protection Systems Engineer specializing in medium voltage systems. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing protection systems for medium voltage networks, creating circuit diagrams for new and modified switchgear, and programming/parameterizing protection relays. You will also commission medium voltage switchgear and associated protection technology at customer sites, perform maintenance and repairs on electrical energy supply systems and transformers, and conduct fault analysis and troubleshooting. This position requires a completed electrical engineering apprenticeship, with a Master Technician qualification being desirable. You should have relevant professional experience in medium voltage, good knowledge of protection technology, and experience with energy supply systems like medium voltage switchgear and transformers. The role involves on-site customer work and requires a willingness for regional assignments.
