Job Summary
This role involves supporting and managing the implementation of EL.DOK BB, a standardized electronic document management and process system, within the State School Authority in Frankfurt (Oder). The successful candidate will lead the internal project team, develop key concepts for system introduction, organize and conduct test operations, and support user training and rollout. They will also be responsible for user and organization management within the system and integrating specialized IT procedures. This position requires strong IT and administrative expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, reliable approach to work.
Required Skills
Education
University degree (Diplom (FH), Bachelor) in fields such as Administrative Informatics, Informatics, Business Informatics, Information Processing, or a related IT field; or qualification for the higher technical service as an IT specialist; or qualification for the higher general administrative service.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT procedure planning, implementation, and operation in public administrations (desirable)
- Professional experience in administration, particularly knowledge of public administration document management (desirable)
Languages
Additional
- Must not have had a previous employment relationship with the State of Brandenburg (for temporary contract)
- Eligibility for secondment for permanent employees of the State of Brandenburg (Beamte (m/w/d) up to salary group A 11 BbgBesG)
- Willingness to work in Frankfurt (Oder)
- Ability to submit all application documents in German or with certified translation
