Job Summary
This role involves monitoring machinery and systems, identifying deviations, and implementing corrective actions. You will also define and validate new product introductions and manufacturing processes, and conduct machine and process capability analyses. The ideal candidate possesses a completed apprenticeship in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, or a comparable qualification, along with relevant experience in electronics manufacturing, particularly SMT and THT. Knowledge of materials technology, soldering technology, and automation technology is also required. This position offers a secure, full-time, permanent contract with competitive hourly pay up to €28, plus shift allowances and travel expenses, with excellent opportunities for permanent placement with the client.

Experience
- Relevant experience in electronics manufacturing, preferably SMT and THT production
- Professional experience in machine and process analysis
