Job Summary

As a Project Manager for Aircraft Modification, you will lead technical modification projects from planning through to customer handover, ensuring quality, economic goals, and deadlines are met. Your role involves coordinating project team members and external partners, providing technical guidance, and driving performance. You will define work packages for external vendors, oversee their performance, and manage cost estimations and negotiations for modifications and additional services. Additionally, you will identify and initiate application and innovation potential through technology scouting. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Computer Science, with at least 5 years of experience in development projects or engineering, and significant experience managing interdisciplinary large-scale projects using robust project management methodologies. Strong business acumen and knowledge of aviation legislation are essential, as is a good understanding of current aviation industry technical developments.
